3. WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR E-MAIL LISTS?

Our lists are compiled from a variety of public sources like the MLS, Real Estate Associations, high quality brokers' lists and other real estate web sites we own. Real Estate Professionals and Buyers can also to opt-in to receive flyers. Before going live in a new state and with a new Agent list, we always send out an announcement allowing Agents to opt-out right away, which removes them from all future e-mailings.

4. WHAT STEP DO YOU TAKE TO INSURE MY E-MAIL WILL BE SENT?

Our servers record each and every flyer emailed with the date/time of the e-blast, the number of emails and addresses it was sent to. This helps us ensure that your flyer was sent to all emails in the lists you chose. However, we do not record who actually received your flyer or opened it. We also split our emails across different email servers . This helps bypass many bulkmail filter limits.

5. CAN I SEND A NON PROPERTY RELATED FLYER ?

No we do not allow this. Due to spam complaints and to maintain the quality ofour service, we only allow property for sale flyers. Flyers that are permitted are property listings, open houses,real  estate investments. Please contact us if you are unsure if your flyer will be permitted.

Yes, we do not re-sell or re-use your personal information in any way. Your account information is saved on our secure server and is only used by you.

Our lists are cleaned up daily and are 98% accurate. We have automated softwares in place, which monitor all of our email servers for bounces. We want your flyers to reach as many active emails addresses as possible rather than having them blocked due to invalid email addresses or bulk email filters.
